Q: Will my security door rust?
A: No, all our products are made from aluminium.

Q: How long will I have to wait for my order?
A: Approx 1 to 3 weeks , depending on availability.

Q: Will a semi frame-less shower screen be watertight?
A: No, there will be a slight leakage around the door, but nothing that is detrimental to your bathroom.

Q: Can I get a colour that isn’t in the ‘standard’ range?
A: Yes in most cases, although there may be an extra charge.

Q: What type of mesh can I have in my door or flyscreens?
A: We have a range of meshes for different purposes, from pets, fire ratings, children, privacy to security.

Q: What does my security door include?
A: Your door will come with door closer, hinges, handle, lock, 2 keys and any other required hardware. Triple locks are available on request.

Q: What times are you open?
A: We are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am till 5pm and on most Saturdays 8.30am until 11am.

Q: Will you dispose of our old windows, shower screen or security door?
A: Yes, we will at no extra charge.

Q: What is your standard range of colours for doors and screens?
